We didn’t realize that they would run out, and they didn’t have much left by the time we arrived. Our experience with shellfish was a little more disheartening. We know that crabs have become far far far more expensive than they used to be. This may reflect the fact that we have not been going out much as a family, and that we have not gone out at all during Covid. However the meal seemed awfully expensive at $16. We asked for cocktail sauce and they provided it. The crabcake sandwich was delicious, & came with a leaf of lettuce, a slice of tomato, pickle, a roll, and A tiny container of tartar sauce. Now that our kids are older we went back for a crabcake sandwiches one time, shellfish another, and fish another time. There was a big hiatus when the kids were small and we risked them turning their nose up at something.
